In this amazing role, you will develop your own knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues (sometimes quite complex) to help our customers. These will mainly be operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, returns, and deliveries, invoicing, returns, and financial post- sales programs). You will problem solve using the information provided and work within our guidelines and best practice to take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.

In a typical day as a Customer Delivery Specialist, you would be responsible for:

• You will engage with sales, customers and other end to end internal functions and organizations to research, identify, and specify solutions to problems and to prepare, issue and collate finance documentation. (e.g., sales teams, supply chain, logistics)
• You will process and book  contracts into the system
• You will act as a first point of contact for regular, on-going customer accounts and some “top-tier” customers, on daily operational matters.
• You want to grow your knowledge and be a main point of contact for a specialized topic (e.g., order management, special pricing) and support other team members.
• You can create ideas to optimize current processes, collaborating with other teams to improve day-to-day activities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• You will represent the team as a subject matter expert on internal processes to other functions and organizations.

About You

• Industry experience. 2 + year experience in a similar position.
• Essential: requirements determination using structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation/ validation; decomposition of high- level information into details; abstracting low- level information; distinguishing requests vs needs; distinguishing requirements vs. solutions; classifying/ prioritizing requirements; requirements change management and traceability; identifying risks; applying creativity to solving complex problems; building relationships and working collaboratively; effective verbal/ written communication; experience in an industry domain.
• Specialized: developing structured user manuals and training; business rules modeling; develop and executing acceptance test plans.
